The Situation
Estate with No Will, Multiple Properties
A family in George Town contacted us after their father died intestate — no will — leaving two pieces of land and a bank account shared between four adult children. None of them had gone through this before and they were unsure whether to apply for probate or letters of administration.
What We Did
We explained that because there was no will, letters of administration were the correct route. We identified the most suitable family member to act as administrator, prepared all supporting documents, and filed the application with the High Court. We also handled the land registry dealings to update the title on both properties.

The Situation
Faraid Distribution with Disputed Shares
